Oooh La La!

French Canadian
Many of you may not know this, but Jack is actually French Canadian; which really means that his moods and emotions can be interpreted (by mum) in English with a French accent.  Jack was deemed a French Canadian Bebe from the moment we learned that he was a little boy; from his Auntie Hailey calling him guy (pronounced gee), to his little cousin Leif pointing at my belly saying “Jacque, bebe”.
Jack is very passionate about his love for Celine Dion, fine wine, and crepes.  He wakes up every morning and says “Hallo, Bonjour”.
So...the next time that you see Jack Jacque Bebe be sure to say "salut, oooh la la" and give him two kisses, one on each cheek of course.

 *Disclaimer*
While Jack does also understand when mum replies back to him with a French accent, be sure to be aware of your surroundings.  If you are not careful, you may end up in a doctor’s office being asked if you would prefer to have the appointment en français....not that that actually happened...more than twice.

Bear Hugs

jack + bear = bff
Jack and bear have been friends from day one.  We saw bear a few weeks before Jack was born and just knew that they were going to be buddies.  Here are a few pictures of the budding friendship.
The pair on the day Jack was born
Jack and Bear today!  Oh my has Jack grown!
They hug....

They play...

They rest...

They look a bit guilty...

Irish Twins

Irish Twins
Google Definition: Two children born to the same mother in the same calendar year or within twelve months of each other.
Chris and Mara Definition: oops!
That is right folks; defying logic and most biological science, Chris and I will be welcoming another baby into our family at the beginning of November.  While this is a huge surprise and we were not expecting two babies in 2010, we are very excited!  And one more thing – Happy April Fool’s Day!
